All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. Idle Assembly is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at info@idleassembly.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage.

Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@idleassembly.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
