All orders are dispatched from New York, typically within 3 business days of your order being placed. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Ground shipping: 3-5 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days

International
Standard international shipping: 7-14 business days
Express international shipping: 3-5 business days

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. Idle Assembly is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

Idle Assembly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please find our contact page below, and we will do our best to assist you.
